Biography

Chima’s unquenchable thirst to get to the root of issues and his insatiable curiosity became apparent early in life and led to his departure from his birthplace Lagos Nigeria after the passing of his dad at the age of 16 to pursue studies in Mathematics and Economics at Oxbridge College. He moved to the United States to work in the investment banking and finance industry finding early success as a young analyst, wealth manager and deal maker. Chima’s life’s path was forever altered after going through a near tragic health experience with his son.

His frustrations over what he experienced in the healthcare industry led him to seek a better alternative. Chima believed that the cold, mechanical interactions at the doctors offices lead to many misdiagnoses and medical errors. Despite having dealing with healthcare systems with access to more resources than ever, he experienced a system that was highly fragmented and broken. Since he couldn’t find a company that presented a complete solution, he set out in 2014 to create one - and Kaigo was born.

Kaigo now has a global reach with locations in sixteen cities around the United States and the United Kingdom. The company has served thousands of individuals including elite athletes, leaders of organizations an everyone in between. Lindenhaus was formed to bring the best of what Kaigo has developed over the last decade to physical health centers.

Chima is not only a founder and chief executive officer, he continues to be the Chief Health Advocate, which gives him the opportunity to directly advocate for individuals and groups with serious health concerns the way he once advocated for his son. His personal mission is to inspire individuals, families and corporations to strive towards the healthiest and most vibrant versions of themselves.

His commitment to address some of humanity's most pressing challenges from health disparities to climate change, have led him to advise various governmental institutions and organizations around the world. He has spoken at the United Nations, and various companies such as Cisco networks, New York University, the National Basketball Associations and others looking to inspire positive change within their organizations. Chima spends most of his time between New York City and the Mid Atlantic area and is an avid reader, writer, runner and snooker player.
