Gentle functional movement, stretching and guided breathwork sessions outdoors to begin the day with clarity and energy.
9:30 AM – Nourishing Breakfast and Nutrition Guided Discussion
A balanced, nutrient-dense breakfast featuring local produce. A brief discussion on the importance of hydration, nutrition, and actionable wellness strategies with a health professional.
10:30 AM – Understanding BioMap™ - Developing a tailored plan for your optimal health. Assessments : In Body and HRV.
11:30 AM – Nature Walk & Reflection
A mindful guided walk through the beachfront and picturesque landscape of Palm Beach, offering an opportunity to reconnect with nature and uncover hidden gems and cultivate gratitude.
1:30 PM – Lunch : Farm-to-table meal in an intimate setting, encouraging meaningful conversations and connections.
Saturday March 8 : Afternoon Session | Recharge
2:30 PM - Workshop: “Art & Creativity”
Immerse yourself in the transformative power of art at our Palm Beach retreat, guided by wellness pros and talented artists who inspire creativity and mindfulness. Explore how these practices influence overall health, preparing you for deeper self-discovery.

A hands-on session offering concrete tools to integrate retreat learnings into daily life, including tips for sleep, nutrition, stress resilience and assessing the air and water quality at home.
1:00 PM – Closing Ceremony & Farewell Lunch
