Biography

Dr. Nick Curtis holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in Exercise Science, fueled by a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. Throughout his youth, he competed in a variety of sports, including baseball, soccer, football, lacrosse, tennis, basketball, and hockey. Today, his professional expertise and personal interests are centered around golf, where his skills and dedication have flourished.

In 2023, Dr. Curtis earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating as valedictorian from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a specialization in sports rehabilitation. His commitment to excellence is evident in his extensive certifications, including TPI Level 1, TPI Fitness Level 2, TPI Golf Level 2, TPI Power Level 2, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS).

As the founder of Integrated Rehab and Performance Center, Dr. Curtis provides a comprehensive approach to addressing pain, optimizing health, and enhancing fitness. His mission is to empower individuals—whether youth athletes, adults managing pain, or those seeking tailored rehab and chiropractic care—to achieve their goals and stay active. With a focus on precise, goal-oriented programming, the center offers personalized solutions for clients at every stage of their fitness journey.
