Friday February 7 – Arrivals | Dinner
5:00 PM – Check-In and Refreshments (For overnight guests).
Guests settle in, enjoy a special herbal tea, and unwind with a light, farm-to-table snack.
7:00 PM – Gourmet Farm-to-Table Dinner (For overnight guests).
Seasonal, nourishing cuisine prepared with ingredients sourced from Southall’s orchards and farm.
Saturday February 8 – Morning Session | Recharge
7:00 AM – Morning Movement and Breathwork
Gentle movement, stretching and guided breathwork overlooking the serene Southall grounds.
8:00 AM – Nourishing Breakfast and Introductions
A balanced, nutrient-dense breakfast featuring local produce and introductions.
9:00 AM – BioMap™ Health Introduction and Assessments
Tests and Evaluations Included:
InBody Scan (Body Composition)
HRV (Heart Rate Variability) Biofeedback session to measure stress resilience.
Guests meet health partners for individual assessments.
11:30 AM – Nature Walk & Reflection
A mindful guided walk through Southall’s scenic landscape to reconnect with nature and practice gratitude.
12:30 PM – Lunch & Health Insight Discussion
A group meal followed by a brief discussion on the importance of hydration, nutrition, and actionable wellness strategies.
Saturday February 8 : Afternoon Session | Recharge
2:00 PM – Well-being Discussion: “Living with Intention”
Discover how to align your actions, mindset, with your deeper goals, creating a rhythm that fosters personal growth and lasting impact.Take away tools to build strong daily habits that align with your life’s purpose.
3:30 PM – Restorative Free Time
Options include:

Exploring Southall’s property (greenhouse, gardens, or trails).
5:30 PM – Evening BioMap™ Insights: “Understanding your Results”
This session explains the purpose of the BioMap™ process how they influence overall health, preparing guests for personalized feedback.
7:00 PM – Communal Dinner Under the Stars
Farm-to-table meal in an intimate setting, encouraging meaningful connection among participants.
8:30 PM – Fireside Connection & Reflection
A relaxing fireside chat with soothing herbal tea and a guided discussion on intentions for post-retreat implementation.
Sunday February 9 – Actionable Takeaways
7:30 AM – Sunrise Movement: Gentle Stretching and Breathwork
Begin the day with slow, intentional movement and guided breathwork to set a positive tone.
9:30 AM – Light Breakfast and Personalized BioMap™ Review
One-on-one sessions with health practitioners to go over test results and provide tailored recommendations, including:
Key health insights.
Personalized nutrition and movement suggestions.
Stress management strategies.
11:30 AM – Bringing Wellness Home Discussion and Farewell
A hands-on session offering concrete tools to integrate retreat learnings into daily life, including tips for sleep, nutrition, stress resilience and assessing the air and water quality at home.

If your inquiry can be accommodated, the cost to attend the three-day retreat is $950.00 (accommodation not included).
The cost to attend the activities only on Saturday is $395.00.
