Biography

Dr. Caldwell is a compassionate and strengths-focused psychologist dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges and unlock their full potential. Using practical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, she takes a highly individualized approach, mapping cognitive and emotional strengths to create tailored strategies for growth. Her warm and collaborative style ensures that both the psychological and emotional aspects of success are addressed, guiding clients toward greater well-being and fulfillment.

Dr. Caldwell is the Director and Chief Psychologist at The Center for ADHD and also serves as the Senior Assessment Supervisor at Temple University’s Tuttleman Counseling Services and a Lecturing Professor at the University of Pennsylvania. With experience at Seabrook House, The JJ Peters Institute, and Villanova University, she specializes in ADHD, learning disabilities, addiction, eating disorders, and student success. While she is no longer accepting new clients, she personally trains and supervises her team and is happy to assist in finding the right fit for prospective clients.

Dr. Caldwell is a leading speaker and has been selected to host workshops on the subject of ADHD and other mental health topics at Lindenhaus retreats and events.
