Biography

Marc Lehman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of experience in individual, couples, and family therapy. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Relations and his Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Connecticut. Marc maintains a private practice in Avon, Connecticut, where he specializes in working with young adults facing psychiatric and environmental challenges, as well as providing marital and family therapy.

He is also the founder of U ARE HEARD LLC, an online coaching service designed to support college students across the United States. As a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, Marc is certified as a Connecticut Divorce Mediator and holds certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). His interactive, solution-focused approach integrates complementary methodologies to offer personalized support, helping clients build on their strengths and achieve personal growth.
