Friday January 17 – Arrival | Rest & Introductions

5:00 PM – Check-In and Refreshments

  • Guests settle in, enjoy a special herbal tea, and unwind with a light, farm-to-table snack.

6:00 PM – Welcome & BioMap™ Orientation

  • An introduction to BioMap™, an overview of the weekend schedule.

7:00 PM – Private Chef Gourmet Dinner

  • Seasonal, nourishing cuisine prepared with ingredients sourced from Southall’s orchards and farm.

Saturday January 18 – Morning Session | Recharge

7:00 AM – Morning Stretching & Breathwork

Gentle functional movement, stretching and guided breathwork sessions to begin the day with clarity and energy.

7:45 AM – Nourishing Breakfast

A balanced, nutrient-dense breakfast featuring local produce.

8:30 AM – BioMap™ Health Assessments Begin

  • Tests and Evaluations Included:

    • InBody Scan (Body Composition)

    • Key biomarkers assessment for inflammation, metabolism, and hormones.

    • HRV (Heart Rate Variability) Biofeedback session to measure stress resilience.

  • Guests meet with advisors for individual assessments.

11:30 AM – Nature Walk & Reflection

A mindful guided walk through the scenic landscapes of Bucks County to reconnect with nature and practice gratitude.

1:30 PM – Lunch and Nutrition Guided Discussion

A group meal followed by a brief discussion on the importance of hydration, nutrition, and actionable wellness strategies with a health professional.

Saturday January 18 : Afternoon Session | Recharge

2:30 PM – Educational Workshop: “Understanding Your Health”

  • Led by wellness experts, this session explains the purpose of the BioMap process how they influence overall health, preparing guests for personalized feedback.

4:30 PM – Restorative Free Time

  • Options include:

    • Mini facial or massage.

    • Journaling or resting in quiet spaces.

    • Exploring nature.

5:30 PM – Evening BioMap™ Insights: “Mental Well-being”

  • A session highlighting the role of mental well-being. Including stress management and recovery, featuring practical tools like HRV training and mindfulness practices.

6:00 PM – Communal Dinner

  • Farm-to-table meal in an intimate setting, encouraging meaningful connection among participants.

7:30 PM – Departure

  • Guests leave with personalized reports, tools, and resources to continue their wellness journey at home.
