Biography
Brittany Webb, LPC, LCPC, is known for her compassionate approach to mental health and expertise in cognitive and behavioral therapies. She is also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), specializing in treating anxiety disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and generalized anxiety. Brittany is dedicated to empowering her clients to overcome their challenges through evidence-based practices and personalized care.
Brittany’s therapeutic style emphasizes resilience, self-compassion, and practical strategies to help clients navigate life’s difficulties. Brittany is passionate about helping people find balance and thrive, particularly those struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and other mental health concerns. She has served in roles from middle management to CEO in community mental health, residential care, and startup mental health tech. She has been an adjunct professor in Psychology and Counseling Psychology at the Community College of Philadelphia and Rosemont College in the undergraduate and graduate programs.
Brittany is the founder and owner of her private mental health group practice, Better Minds Counseling & Services. While based out of Pennsylvania, the practice serves individuals in Maryland, New Jeresy, and Virginia and is ever expanding to help individuals navigate their mental health with prevention and treatment. Services span from individual therapy to couples therapy to group therapy and even clinical supervision.
